Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Navastha website and the Navastha app. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Navastha.
1. About Navastha
Navastha helps students find study libraries, book seats and study productively, and helps libraries manage seats and students. Navastha is still being built. Features may change, be limited or be removed.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at support@navastha.com if you think someone else is using it.
3. Libraries and bookings
- Libraries are independent. Seat fees, rules and timings are set by each library and agreed between you and the library.
- Navastha provides tools to record bookings, attendance and receipts. A library decides whether to confirm a booking.
- Libraries must give true information about themselves. New libraries are reviewed before they appear publicly, and we may reject or remove a listing.
4. Librarian subscriptions
Librarians may need a paid or trial plan to use some features. The plan, its price and its dates are shown in the app before you start. Plans that end or are cancelled stop at the end date shown.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Navastha to:
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- post unlawful, hateful, sexual or misleading content;
- share other people's private information without permission;
- break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access data you are not allowed to see;
- send spam or create fake accounts or fake bookings.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post (profile, messages, photos, reviews). You give Navastha permission to store, display and deliver it as needed to run the service. Only post content you have the right to share.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Navastha and delete your account at any time (see how to delete your account). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect other people.
8. No guarantees
Navastha is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free, or that a library's information is always accurate.
9. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Navastha is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for what libraries or other users do or fail to do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Using Navastha after a change means you accept the new terms.
