Help with accounts, bookings, attendance and chat. Navastha is still being built, so some features may not be in your version of the app yet.
Email us
We reply by email. Write from the address you use in the app, and say what you were doing and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
Accounts and sign-in
I cannot sign in
Use the same method you signed up with: email and password, Google, or phone. If you signed up with Google, choose Sign in with Google. If it still fails, email us from the address on your account.
Why was I asked to verify my phone number?
Librarians verify their phone number once with an SMS code. After that the number stays linked to the account and you are not asked again.
How do I change my photo or name?
Open your profile in the app and choose Edit Profile. When you pick a photo you can crop it, then press Done.
Libraries
My library is not visible to students
New libraries are reviewed by Navastha before they appear publicly. You get a notification when your library is approved or rejected. If you have waited a while, email us with your library name.
How do I add or manage seats?
Librarians can manage seats from the Seats tab in the app, and see students, attendance and plan status in the Students tab.
Bookings and attendance
How do I book a seat?
Open a library, choose a date, choose a time period, tap an available seat and press Continue. The library then confirms your booking.
How do I mark attendance?
Scan the library's QR code from the app. Your check-in time is saved for that library.
Where do I find my receipt?
Open your profile and choose My Receipts. Each confirmed booking has a receipt you can download as a PDF.
Chat and safety
How do I send a photo?
In a chat, tap the attach button and choose Camera or Gallery. You can crop the photo before sending.
How do I reply to or react to a message?
Swipe a message to the right to reply, or press and hold it for reactions and more options. Double-tap a message to like it.
Someone is bothering me
Email us with the person's name and what happened. You can also block someone from their profile. We take reports of harassment seriously.
